KEVIN KIMBALL ANNOUNCES CANDIDACY FOR DISTRICT JUDGE I am excited to announce that I will be a candidate for 18th Judicial District Court Judge. Current Judge James Best, who has long served with honor, is retiring. The election to fill his Division A seat is on October 14, 2017. My wife, Sherry, and I made this decision after careful and prayerful consideration. I have long held a sincere desire to serve the people of Pointe Coupee and West Baton Rouge as a fair and impartial judge. In addition, I believe I now have the experience, expertise and integrity to serve you well. WHY I WANT TO BE YOUR JUDGE:
